There is currently 3 types of kao evolutionary lines: the typical one, the human one and pro exclusive one.
Could we add maybe more types like a cat kao evolving from a kitten to choosing cat toys/ activities and choosing to be on the street or in a house and similar stuff for a dog as well. I feel like a larger variety will motivate the people who have already collected them all and I as a non renshuu pro member want some more options without having to spend my lifesavings.
In general, all art-related requests are rejected. We simply do not have the time to add more than what what we are already capable of doing (art-wise), and of all the various art elements in renshuu, the evolutionary lines are the most work by FAR - there are a ton of variations when you get through all the different possible branches.
While we'd absolutely love to add more, to be direct, we already offer *just about everything* for free on renshuu, no ads, nothing. Even the overwhelming majority of entertainment elements (garden, adventure mode, kao coins, manga, etc.) are free, and frankly, not really present in most other learning apps (certainly not for free). We feel that we offer enough for free, and while that doesn't keep us from continuing to offer more and more on the free tier every month, so we do not really feel any pressure in the sense of "the free users are really missing out".
I was about to reply when I saw マイコーさん's post and realised there isn't really a need for an answer anymore, but still thought I'd leave this here for anyone new who sees this and gets the impression there really are only three evolutionary paths and that's it, no more new stuff:
If I remember correctly, the first free Kao has 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 branches each, which means 81 different forms. The human one might have fewer, I don't know how to check. Their funny details mean that, while some are similar, many are more different than you'd expect for branches of the same tree. They certainly surprise me every time.
To get all the free Kaos in your collection (i.e. not just look at an evolution, then roll back five levels and try another one), you'd need to bring your Kao to level 100 a lot more than 100 times. Anyone who does that and then feels like they need more stimulation in the form of cute cartoon figures has my respect for their determination and study capacity.
I doubt anyone has collected all of them. Getting more than around 730 levels a year is practically impossible. The Pro path (54 endings) alone would take you around 7 years at maximum efficiency.
By the way, I'm pretty sure you can start the Pro evolution path by spending one Supporter point before you pick your next Kao-chan. So you can technically try it for free. Assuming it works like the free trial and Michael doesn't mind the interaction.
