Minnasa, konnichiwa.

In this sentence:

きのうは『用心棒（ようじんぼう）』という黒澤（くろさわ）の映画を見たのは初めてです。
Kinou wa "Yojimbo" to iu Kurosawa no eiga o mita no wa hajimete desu.

Is it possibile to have two "wa" or "wa" after kinou must go away?
And of course, is this sentence grammatically correct?

It's not unusual to have more than one of the same particle. But your sentence uses のは on the second one, not just は on its own.

If you omitted the first 昨日, then I'd put a comma on it. That は doesn't need to be omitted, but it can. That won't make a difference as long as you use it properly. The second one is more important to preserve.
