renshuu's grammar (sentence building) lessons (from Japanese Basics on up) cover conversation and written Japanese! It is not as clear cut as in other languages, as you are going to be using both "casual" and "polite" Japanese in conversation, depending on who you're talking to. So it's absolutely vital that you learn both.
