When I say that I already know a novel term from elsewhere, it is replaced in the quiz, but the audio doesn't play for the replacing term.
Are you referring to the audio button not working, or the auto-playing of the audio (if you have that setting turned on) not happening? I can replicate the second issue (and will work on a fix), but not the first one.
Update: the second issue should be fixed.
