Can you be a bit more specific? Renshuu has tutorial videos that can be found if you scroll to the bottom of the home page, but essentially you'll have schedules and press study. Do you not see any schedules on the home page?
For a new user it may be complex to use and guide through renshuu. If you want to know how to use it, Click on the question circle on the right hand side top corner :
Basically, you can study words, kanji, sentences or grammar through "schedules" and renshuu will handle when you should study again to not forget them. There are pre-made schedules if you want but you also create your own schedule whenever you want to study whatever. Like if you want to study how to talk fruit, you create a schedule for the names of various fruits, another for descriptive words, a sentence schedule with a bunch of typical sentences ("What does it tastes?", "it's green fruit with a sour taste", etc). You can get creative on that part and study however you want. And there are tons of setting to play with it. You can set daily or weekly limit for example, you change the pace, etc. It takes a while on that part to get used to it but you can just start with a pre-made schedules first.
That's the basic idea, you can study whatever you want in whichever order you like with almost too much setting to customize it. You don't need btw but that freedom is what make renshuu my favorite app to learn japanese. Even with pre-made schedule, you change a lot setting. Also, if you want to create your own schedule, you can add quickly a word to any schedule while at it in the dictionary (same for kanji, grammar or sentences). Anyway tons of details that can be overwhelming but at the start, you just follow the guide and just try a pre-made schedule to get used to it.
