so i was playing tomodachi life, and i clicked on one of my mii's chat bubbles, and tried to understand what they were saying by putting all the words into renshuu's dictionary
but one sentence in particular really tripped me up

the first one was something like:
って
(おみせ)にんだおをながめるだけでもしいですよね…
which i interpreted as:
About the Pawn Shop/When I'm in the Pawn Shop,
even just looking at all the lined up treasures is a fun pastime…
but the second one i couldn't wrap my head around at all:
なおれたりするんで、たまに、のぞいてみるといいですよ!

firstly, it's hard to understand what なお means, like are the treasures unexpected/surprising? from who's perspective? or is な referring to れたり, like "i/you can sell a surprising amount of treasures"?

and secondly, the dictionary isn't really giving me any definitions of のぞいて that make any sense...
google translate translated のぞいて/のぞいてみる as "to check it out", but the dictionary definition (to remove, to exclude...) doesn't match that at all...

if anyone could help by breaking down the parts of the second sentence so i can understand what it means, it'd be greatly appreciated ^^

Break down:

な -> unexpected

-> treasure

が -> subject marker

れたりする -> sell at a high price

んで、-> so

たまに、 -. occasionally

のぞいてみる -> peek in 覗く/のぞく in Te form + みる

といいです -> would be good

よ!-> [emphasis]

Chunked:

[unexpected][treasure][subject marker][sell at high price][so], [occasionally], [peeking in], [would be good] [emphasis]!

Literal:

You might find an unexpected treasure that sells at a high price so, occasionally peeking in (checking it out) would be good!
