Some of them have been migrated up to "earlier" schedules, as they get revised when the new grammar lessons are reached.
However, because (at that point in time) not all users will be necessarily be using the new (for example, N3 schedule) prior to the N1 schedule, it is safest to keep those overlapping terms in the current version of the N1 schedule.
