Hey all! During my time on Renshuu, I've noticed a significant amount of bugs related to opening the app on my Samsung Galaxy. most often, this includes the loading bar stopping at the halfway point, and then just... sitting there... forever. I have to leave the app, wait a few minutes, and then reopen the app, without ever fully closing it, to log on. And this happens every time. is there any way to troubleshoot this? I can get screenshots if that helps.

I've tried troubleshooting this by restarting my phone and turning off WiFi. Turning off WiFi seems to fix it, but I don't want to be using data... so, is there a way to tell if this is a problem on my end or Renshuu's?
If turning off wifi fix it, that is probably your wifi problem tbh, i dont have this problem on my samsung phone/tablet, maybe try setting the dns on wifi router or phone can fix it.
Yea I’ve seen other issues like when I answer a question it takes like 5 minutes ( not exaggerating) to load the next question but at least it’s only been minor things like that !
I have a Samsung Galaxy as well and no, there are no lagging issues at my end, with either WiFi or Cellular. In fact, post CDN setup (in the last year), Renshuu seems to be faster and more responsive. I'd wager that the issue is probablywith the wifi connection/setup or a firewall/vpn app, if you're using one. I've not seen delays more than 10 sec. in the recent times.
Ive had similar problems when it loads after I finish a quiz session where it seems to load for a long time but I just close the app and reopen it to fix it. It doesnt happen all the time tho.
