Most Russian users are already using a VPN to access renshuu, as internet service providers in Russia (not renshuu) have various blocks and restrictions on foreign servers.
I've gotten a message from another Russian user that has had success in some of those blocks being removed by their service provider. On top of that, they believe that due to the way that things are structured in Russia, this will affect many other users as well.
So, if you're a user using renshuu from within Russia and need a VPN to access it, please try turning off your VPN and see if it's working. I'd love to know (whether you see a change or not).
