Hello,

I would like to know the amount of words left to learn in a schedule (the N4 words schedule in my case). I didn't find anything apart from opening each list and counting unlearned words, which is not very practical nor straightforward. Did I miss something, is there any way to find this information ?

Thank you in advance

Click on schedule name-> it shows the total terms, studied and unstudied. The number you want is the unstudied.

This number is the number of term added to the schedule but unstudied. The thing is that terms are added gradually to the schedule when I study the associated grammar list. That's why it won't show the terms present in the words lists but not added yet to the schedule, which is what I would like to find

I don't know of an easy way to get those numbers. You can add the "unlinked" version from Resources > Community Lists > Made by renshuu > and schedule all of N4:

Terms are schedule-independent and this one won't be linked to the grammar schedule. Just to see the information, I'm not saying you should study that one :D

PS: As far as I know, Kanji schedules are never paired with anything, so you'll always see the full number.

Edit: Obviously you can also manually add up all of the terms from every list and do the math, but it's so much easier to just schedule the unlinked version and look at that. You can delete it afterwards.

Of course I could be missing something since I never use paired schedules kao_think.png

Anything to learn is all the unstudied terms in the schedule's list. You don't get anything to learn pulled from elsewhere. Even the preset schedules already contain their own lists, that if you have to add them, they are ALL added to the schedule's list, and therefore, sorted in the unstudied list of that schedule.

I assume the order is in the default. You can't look ahead to what you're about to study in the set until you go through it. It all depends on the schedule's settings to get a clue to what you have left in the unstudied list. Again, you won't have terms from outside anywhere else unless you already have it in the schedule.

Okay thank you I will try that. I could be nice if that feature could be implemented

Would putting it right here at the top work?

(Yea, I see the title is appearing twice. Gotta fix that!)
