i just lost my streak of Kanji, I used the new feature of rollback to check if I missed any kanji quiz yesterday but I didn't so I'm not sure if this is a bug or what happened. Is there a way to recover the streak? I use it to keep the motivation. Thank you!
rolling back does not "correct" or affect streaks.
That being said, there was an issue last week that busted up a few other users' streaks. When did it happen for you? Was it just kanji, or others as well? I can probably help out, but let me get some more info from you.
(PS: If you go to Rearrange dashboard, you can add a new "daily streaks" widget that is much easier to get to).
