That's a very broad question. Are you having trouble memorising hiragana?
Maybe check out the mnemonics under "View usage notes". You could even write your own. Those are usually pretty helpful.
You can try writing them down on paper a few times. You could also practice writing from "Games" > "Quick Draw".
Doing a few rounds of "Focused Reviews" helps a lot. I recommend "Missed recently".
Reading helps quite a bit. Even if you don't know many words, just recognising the characters is enough. Words like あい、 あか、 あお、 せんせい、etc. You can also try writing them down on paper.
Sites like https://kana.pro/, where you can do fast-paced reviews of a select set of characters are also nice.
I'd also add that engaging in a lesson in multiple mediums can help reinforce an idea. Watching videos about grammar or kanji you learn here on Renshuu can be very helpful
First develop a SMART goal that helps you hold yourself accountable. For learning Kanji, using mnemonics can help as it associates the kanji in your mind more than just looking at an abstract symbol. For vocab, repetition and trusting the process. Continue reviewing the vocab on Renshuu. Maybe find media online that you can just passively listen too, and you'll start to hear the words you've been reviewing lots. https://japanese.todaiinews.co... Also, make it fun too!
Maybe take a break from one. I would suggest katakana as it is the less traditional. Spend the extra time on hirigana until you feel ready to move back
