what is ne after sugoi ? I read it in a book.
In this context you can think of it a bit like a Canadian "eh?" ending. Like putting ", right?" at the end of a sentence.
"It's amazing, eh?" or "It's amazing, right?"
The answer you got in another comment is right, but I want to point out a mistake in your question. If you want to ask "What is X?", you should say:
Xは何(なん)ですか。
- lit. "Concerning X, what is it?"
- What is X?
これは何ですか。
- What is this?
「ね」は何ですか。
- What is "ne"?
Remember, in a lot of cases, you can think of は as meaning "concerning X...". So "なには「ね」ですか" would mean "concerning what, it is 'ne'."
