There are some kanji that I'm pretty sure are used exclusively in names (places, people specifically). As a person who relies heavily on words for memorizing kanji readings, it would be great to have a "memory anchor" for these kanji as welI.
What I'm asking for essentially boils down to incorporating JMnedict into Renshuu in some way.
It's a bit more work, but you can make custom terms for them. I've added close to 300 custom names myself.
There's also a Study Group ("Community List Builders") that can help you with finding good terms for those kanji. That's probably your best bet until something more "official" gets added.
There is indeed jmnedict, and I would love to add it in at some point. However, due to 23 or 24 year-old me not being smart about how I set up my dictionary originally, I believe a significant amount of work would be done to a)add that into the main dictionary and also b)prevent it from polluting any number of places within renshuu (as most searches, false answers, parsing, etc. is not going to be interested in those). It's b) that is the most troublesome. A lot of renshuu was written at a point where I had a better idea of how to properly structure data, models, etc., but too much of it is still scattered, so there are many spots I'd need to add filtering into to prevent those from appearing.
