Hi learners,
I would like to know how to study some Renshuu content offline. I've seen some exports options for lists but I wanted to know if there were more options or other ways to use Renshuu's content without wifi/offline. I'm also openned to using other apps (anki? Notes app uses I haven't thought of?).
Thanks for your suggestions!
I'm pretty sure you can't use the renshuu app offline, because every time I have tried, it displays a message saying something along the lines of "please connect to the internet". Though you could study content offline by writing it down on paper or taking a screenshot of the words/ sentences you are learning and then looking at it again when you're offline.
I'm not too sure about the export options thing though, I haven't heard of that before, but maybe someone else will be able to help with that.
The free app for both Android and ios known as "J-crosswords by renshuu" is pretty good. That's the extent of it as far as I know.
Few months ago there was thread with official response that the app is not compatible with offline mode and doing such change to the old codebase would have been a large and complex change
For suggestions when I go on the flight I preload some podcasts on Spotify, satori reader works, can download free videos from Nihongo no jikan
edit: j-crosswords seems to be different app to be clear, but from the same developer :)

Thanks for the feedback! I do take notes (specially for kanjis) but I am too lazy concerning vocabulary

Too bad for us then! Renshuu is so good on its own, I can definitly understand if it's impossible to code an offline version. Thanks for your suggestions!
You can print out stuff too! I almost bought small posters of all the N5-N1 kanji
But shipping to my country was a little crazy, so I printed some out instead! Then I get to see kanji regularly from them being in my home too
