For some reason my card for 締切 looks like 〆切.
I don’t know if there is a report function within the test so I figured I would report it here.
〆（しめ）seems to be acting like a wildcard. Type or paste it into the dictionary and you get many, many hits.
It is a valid abbreviation for 締, so it’s not completely random.
Can I get a screenshot of the issue?
I will try the next time it comes up but I think that might be a while haha
