I was thinking of random expressions then suddenly "That's what she said" popped up. (How immature, lol) Now I'm wondering, if I had to, how would I translate this to Japanese? At first I thought, something along the lines of "Kanojo wa sore wo itta," but then I realized that wasn't right. Then I thought "Sore wa kanojo wa itta," but that sounded pretty funny to me. I then fixed it to "Sore ga kanojo wa itta koto da." Ah, that seems better! Would this translation be correct, though? Also, I'm on my 3DS, so I can't type in Japanese (can still read it, though). This is also why I haven't been replying much either. Sometimes, I write something, but when I press send, it doesn't send it... EDIT Actually, actually, "Sore wa kanojo ga itta koto da." That's a better translation, right? Seems more natural to me...

I think それは彼女が言ったことだ is a good translation!

This is just my opinion but, although a good translation, それは彼女が言ったことだ sounds very literal and seems to lack the punch of the actual joke. What about something like 彼女そう言ったじゃん！？

I agree with lilisin, but I'd get rid of the じゃん！？ part. Doesn't really carry the same conotation over to Japanese. Keep in mind though, this translation is rather pointless since it'd be lost on just about every Japanese person you'd be saying it to ;)
