Wouldn't it be nice if you could add kanji drawing to the kanji quiz? The interface at http://glyphwiki.org/search/hwr2.html would work but there are a lot of others out there like http://kanji.sljfaq.org/
Windows has this built into the Japanese IME through the IME pad - I always do fill-in-the-blank quizzes instead of multiple choice for this exact reason. There are also a couple of handwriting-capable IMEs available for Android (Mazec, Multiling - the former I like better but the latter is free) if you've got an Android mobile device.
There is a fill-in-the-blank advanced kanji quiz under readings...I think it is the second or third on the list when you click the link to choose what advanced types you want.
I've settled with a combination of BT Remote PC on my android phone and the google pinyin plugin (which has good recognition) for training my kanji writing these days. Works very well.
