I am very conflicted as to whether to remove this post or not - I really don't want commercial postings in the forums, but this is a community college (quite close to home, at that), so it seems reasonable.
Maybe there could be a separate section in the forums where people could post info like this about classes or groups that meetup online and study or practice speaking Japanese, like on Skype or in Google hangouts or somewhere else. You could call the section something like "Japanese Classes and Study Groups." Even if people don't know many groups like that, maybe it could be a good place for them to form their own groups or find people to study with too, just by having a specific spot in the forums where people could go to post stuff like that.

I am sorry that my post bothers you so much. If you want to move it or remove it, feel free to do that.
I would not say I'm bothered - although it is a small forum, I keep things consistent, and posts similar to this have been removed in the past, but they were for 'competing' websites, not a non-profit community college :)
