Hi I was searching for a resource to study vocab and I found renshuu.
The Pro price seems reasonable and the contents seem nice.
Does renshuu make me review the vocab I learned later on?
I don't have to move these to Anki right?
renshuu is, among many other things, a highly specific version of the system that Anki (and many other sites) use to review materials, enhanced for the Japanese language.
To get the most out of your reviewing, we recommend a mastery schedule! You can make one from the Study Center - just click the materials you'd like to review and click the Make Schedule button!
Of course, let us know if you have any questions. We just launched a new version of the site so there are bound to be a few rough spots, but it's improving every day!
How do i adjust the settings to... Let's say I want to learn 30 words everyday.
Do I set the No. of new items to 30?
Then what does the size of quiz button do?
And I only seem to have N5 in my library. Does higher level unlock when I finish N5?
These are regular quizzes - if you want automatic quizzing, introduction of new terms, you want the mastery schedules.
For adding materials to your bookbag, you need to visit the library. My recommendation would be to click the tutorial button in the center of the screen, learn a bit about the bookbag, then jump over to the library and do the same.
Once you've done that, you can select materials and make a schedule! They settings for how many terms you want to learn each day are all stored in the schedule :).
Let us know if you have any other questions!

I am also having trouble setting up my mastery schedules. I would like to setup a schedule where I study one lesson from N5 vocab per day but when I did so it told me I had 722 terms left for today. How would I setup this schedule? Thanks!
Mastery schedules are not broken into lessons when you are quizzed - everything is arranged based on what you know the most, and what you know the least.
I took a quick look at your schedule - I would first recommend going into your schedule settings and taking the number of study vectors and brining it down to 2-3; you get a lot of study overlap if you turn them all on.
I personally prefer these three: kanji->meaning (good for meaning recognition), kanji->hiragana (good for reading practice), and meaning->hiragana (good for conversion in our own head when you speak/write).
These will most likely not change the overall number of terms to be studied, but it will make it much more manageable once you start studying.
Since you're getting started with a schedule after using the site for some time, I would recommend cutting the lessons in your schedule by half or so. You can work down a smaller number of 200-300 a day, and it will quickly drop (especially if you use the above recommendation) to under 100 per day. Once it's at a more manageable number, you can re-add the lessons you removed.
Hope this helps!
