I am leaning keigo at the moment, I am struggling with the humble form for できます.

I know that for actions that don't affect anyone you put the verb into て form and add おります。but I've never seen できます in て form and so now I don't know what to do. I've got the sam problem when I say things like " I want to do"

たとえば

たいです」-> How would you put this into humble form using ?

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Thank you

Hi, just randomly checking some posts and thought I would write something here (since I don't see any replies.)

If I am understanding what you are saying correctly, then it could go: させてきたいです。for たいです。

They both mean I want to/would like to watch the movie, but the one I put is a keigo version.

It all depends on the situation though especially the ending of the sentence.

It could be こちらのさせてきたいといます(or っております), etc.

Hope it helps! smile.gif
