I'm nowhere near Tokyo, but aren't there cheap/free Japanese lessons held at community centers in your area? You'd have a better chance of finding someone there (as they already live in your area).

Especially if you're taking the test in July! Good luck. I keep meaning to, but the only months to apply being April and September and me working in schools means more likely than not I will forget to apply.
