I'd like to add grammar & vocab from my personal study to the site so that it functions like the lessons that are currently available. Is it possible to do this? I frequently refer to A Dictionary of Basic/Intermediate Japanese Grammar, https://japanese.stackexchange.com/, and http://www.jgram.org/ It would be nice to incorporate information from these resources into renshuu.org.
Another thought is that it might be nice to import decks/study stats from Anki.
You can easily make a new lesson through the study library. Just click on the "ME" icon and the"make a new lesson" button will be on the top right of the box. Just make sure to add it to a schedule (or make a new one) so it will quiz just like the regular lessons.
You will have to enter the grammar as vocab since AFAIK we don't have the ability to add/create grammar lessons.
Comparative study of related grammar is something this site does well. Being able to add grammar would be especially helpful. The add grammar as vocab doesn't capture the depth & richness I would prefer to have for studying grammar patterns (for example, see this link). This is something that would be at the top of my list.
It looks like you're referring to the grammar library, and not the grammar quizzing, correct? If this gets implemented in the future, there would need to be very clear markings that it is user added content, and not verified by the site in any way.
Are the quizzes generated from the library? For example: 学習センター Study library > Grammar lessons > N2 Expressions > 上 (4 expressions) > study > 33 questions
I ask because it there are currently 17 lessons for N2 grammar. I would like to add grammar that I come across that isn't included on this site. What I would hope to be able to do is add grammar to the library if it doesn't exist already, link it to grammar patterns that are related, add example sentences, and then have quizzes generated to compare and contrast usage cases for all related grammars.
This would probably end up being a lot of work and I don't know how feasible implementing this would be. I imagine there are fewer intermediate or advanced learners using this site, so I'm guessing content development targets beginning students. A big, red 注意！ marking user content would be fine by me.
Also, has anyone suggested a "vote for feature" feature? I'm guessing the add grammar to library feature would be low on the priority list.
I also would love to be able to study higher level grammar. The unique grammar expressions studied hanko taunts me on my dashboard everyday since there aren't enough expressions available for quizzing to do anything with it anymore, so it just sits there stuck at 95% towards the next level.

Although based on your level, I'm guessing you may be using one of the word/grammar packs? (Japanese Basics, or Beginner Japanese). Once you learn the new stuff in *both* schedules, it'll give you a link to unlock the next lesson with more vocab and grammar.
