取引がうまくいかなかった場合にも個人的なリスクは負う必要がない。
I wouldn’t be at any personal risk, in the event that any of the deals went bad.
torihiki ga umakuikanakatta baai ni mo kojinteki na risuku wa ou hitsuyou ga nai.

I think it should be noted? also 
Noun + の場合 + optional は

あの人の場合はそんなことはめったにないのではないですか。
With him I believe it does not often happen.
ano hito no baai wa sonna koto wa metta ni nai no dewa nai desu ka.
