掲示板 Forums - Kanji Kentei vocab assuming kanji level

After saving the "Kanji Kentei - 七級" vocabulary lessons and adding them to my mastery schedule, lessons & quizzes containing those terms now treat all of the 7級 kanji as known, when I haven't studied any of them yet. The dictionary still correctly lists the 7級 kanji as being unknown to me, but those kanji are no longer greyed out in vocab entries, and in quizzes they no longer display furigana or get rendered as kana.

Many of the words in the Kanji Kentei vocab lists are duplicates of ones that I was already studying before adding the Step lessons to my schedules, and those terms all correctly registered my kanji level previously. Terms using 7級 kanji that aren't in the KanKen lessons seem to be unaffected, so I'm assuming the problem is in the lessons themselves.

This same thing happened when I started studying 8級 vocabulary and IIRC I fixed it by manually resetting my kanji level in my user settings, but doing that didn't change anything this time. Is there any other way to force these terms to respect my kanji level now that they've unlocked 200 kanji I haven't studied yet?
