There's definitely only one. If you want to DM me with the info about which schedule, I'll check it out.
Fixed the other ones. Pretty surprised to see ださいたま in the dictionary!

Additionally, several of the definitions of しし are duplicated; 2 mean flesh, 2 mean lion-dog statue, 2 mean lice, 4 mean gardenia.
Technically not exactly duplicates, but still worth considering if they should be combined.
Five entries!
Four entries!
Three entries!
差 し: Three of a kind
ついで: I’m not really sure if these are the same word or not. If not, some clarification would be nice.
The first is an adverb: 次 いで私 は寝 ました。 = Next , I went to sleep.
While the second is a noun: ついでの時 に教 えてください。 = Please let me know when you have the chance .
Each is also bound to a sentence on renshuu, illustrating this.
ほうける
いぶる
These three entries for そそぐ should probably be combined—with each other, not with 注 ぐ.
しぬ has a redundant entry meaning "to die".
Weirdly, when I search for "to die" instead of "しぬ", the 氏 ぬ entry appears without the "Also written as: 死 ぬ" note.

I can’t get it to appear no matter what search terms I try. Maybe Michael is editing the database right now?
Nope! No editing, although the the timing on that would be amazing if a split second edit occurred at the same time as your search
Strangely enough, those two entries have separate JMDICT entries (Same results on jisho.org: https://jisho.org/search/%E3%8... ), so I'd prefer to keep them separate.
Jisho does display a "disclaimer" for 氏 ぬ: Jocular, humorous term, Internet slang. Intentional use of incorrect kanji.
From what I know, it originated on 2channel. To get around writing the taboo 死 ね, a number of replacements were used, like 氏 ね or 市 ね (for their し reading). タヒね was also used (for its appearance, looking like the bottom half of 死 ) and タヒる also appears in JMDICT as "Internet slang".
That's amazing! Please consider adding that as a usage note to the term (although I did make a simple improvement to the definition).
Now there are 2 死 ぬ entries after 氏 ぬ's definition was updated.
Also だんぼーる & いんちき:
.
Also けち has duplicates that it seem extend to almost every word it appears in:
けちる, けちくさい, けちつける, けちをつける, けちんぼう, & けちんぼ all have multiple entries for けち being written in kanji/hiragana/katakana.
