Please read this before entering the beta (which will open on November 4th, Japan time):
This is largely an under-the-hood update that will not have as many new features for users to test out. The main parts of this beta:
1. Transition to a SPA (single page app) - this greatly speeds up the loading of the site, but it not 100%. So, there might be links that do not load, buttons that do not respond (until all issues are resolved). 2. Framework for a multilingual UI - Japanese is being developed as an alternate UI language for the site. As this transition takes place, bugs might include text appearing in strange places or text outright missing
These two are both less exciting for the average user while causing more problems than usual, so beware! 3. Power tools for renshuu pro users (not yet built) 4. A new (awesome!!) kao-coin interface 5. Continual site refresh in terms of colors/boxes Wish list features: 6. Audio input for quizzing (speak instead of type/write) 7. Notifications (Android only at this time) Please remember the following: 1. You can enter/leave beta at any time without losing ANY data from your renshuu account. 2. As a beta tester, anyone in the bets is expected to report bugs to the beta forums when they are found. 3. This is the best way to help get your feedback into the site!
