I am wondering if they should already be unlocked or not. Since I got to page 41 I feel like I have leveled up quite a bit so some of the new pages should already be unlocked, but I could be mistaken.
Sorry! the Kao Manga pages are tied to the adventure system, and there is no retroactive unlocking. We have to make these things last for a bit before you all run through them :)
