I couldn't figure out how to report this in-quiz since there wasn't a wrong answer, but I got the same exact question twice in a row on the Japanese Basics grammar quiz:

Even if the answer is correct, you can do the same quiz report via the ? button and fill in an report there :).

Definitely let me know the next time it comes up!

It should appear right where the arrow is if you're inside the quiz:

If it is not, though, and you can consistently get it to not show up, do let me know! I am getting the regular number of reports from others, so it seems to be generally working..
