I'm on the mobile app for renshuu (android). When I start the app, Kao-chan's egg still appears as if I had never used renshuu. The same message can also appear at random chance when switching from two different things, such as the forum or the kana chart.
That definitely doesn't sound right. Have you tried logging out and in once to make sure that, if there is indeed an issue with your current login, that you get a fresh copy of your data?
