@ワアイすさぬ, I'll see your Laugenbrötchen and raise you a Brez'n from southeastern Germany! Almost the same, but not quite. Fluffy, sweet, but sprinkled with coarse salt, crustier and, well, プレッツェル-shaped. Then there are the Laugenstangen, which are like the lovechild of a Laugenbrötchen and a Brez'n.
One time I had sourdough bread with garlic butter on it and it was the best thing I have ever tasted and I havent had it in a year I yearn for the sourdough bread with garlic butter 
There is a brand called Better Butter that makes the most delicious and herby whipped asiago butter you've ever had in your life I highly recommend slathering a piece of sourdough in it if you get the chance

Oh my, now I'm the one drooling. Can't go wrong with a sprinkle *cough* or heap *cough* of parmesan either
This place has convinced me to go make a sandwich

same my mom always gets this whole grain one and it tastes like bird feed
