I was trying to look up かける as in メガネをかける in the dictionary and found an example sentence, but it seems to use the wrong kanji, saying 欠けるinstead of 掛ける. I tried to add a correction, but upon opening the dialog, I saw that the wore was actually written in hiragana (which is the usual way of writing according to another app I use). So there seems to be some bug that causes the wrong word to be deduced and the wrong kanji to be displayed.
Those are extremely rare, but they do occur - even if it's in hiragana, you can replace it with the appropriate kanji (if the wrong kanji/word was used before).
Since you've mentioned this one, I will handle it, so no need to re-report.
