I know this is a weird one, but I saw some other users have their Kao chan become a studying girl and I really want to get that evolution because I find it fun to have my Kao chan be studying and getting their results back as well!
I like the other evolution options too, but the studying Kao stole my heart in this case...
There's three choices for Kao when you get started. All users start on the "Basic" one. Once you finish your first one, you can choose again for your new kao - Basic, Student, or Rice (if you are a renshuu pro member). Sounds like they were in the Student category.
