To say nothing of A; far from A; much less A; let alone A
This is often used to show the extremity of a situation; while the listener might think of A, it's actually far worse.

Example:
忙しくて、旅行するどころか、テレビを見るひまさえない
I'm so busy I don't even have time to watch TV, let alone go on a trip.
"B, not to mention A"; "not just A, but also B"
彼女は自動車のA級ライセンスどころか、飛行機の免許も持っている
She doesn't just have a class A license, she has a pilot's license too.
(The latter usage seems comparable in meaning to はもちろん)
