While なくてもわない is similar in meaning to なくてもい, rather than having the meaning [Don't have to A; don't need to A] it's more of a [don't mind if A; don't care if A].

Actually, I just did a search and it seems you have another page for てもわない which is virtually the same thing as this one except that this is in the negative. Both mean the same thing as far as I know.

I guess you've combined them by now, but it seems like both or the meanings on this page are the same? Or at least the examples are. One definition is negative, and one is affirmative, but both of their examples are using negative verbs.

....Oh, and I just noticed that the *English* definitions are on the wrong Japanese constructions! They need to be swapped, I think.
