as opposed to だらけ and まみれ, this pattern is usually used with more abstract conditions - 記録ずくめ ごちそうずくめ 規則ずくめ etc. The major exception for this is clothing being (color)ずくめ.

This grammar works in the same way as だらけ or まみれ, but is used more to one adjective applying to an entire thing, for example 白ずくめ means 'all in white' or 'all white'
