This is a bit archaic, and as such is quite formal, and used mostly in writing.
であれゆえに is also a common form.

According to my grammar book の for nouns and な for adjectives are not needed.

The one I've got shows them as optional, so I rewrote it as that. Thanks!

so, the nuance of this grammar is just like おで/おさまで, right?

so, the nuance of this grammar is just like おで/おさまで, right?

で/おさまで is generally more positive, as in "Thanks to..." (Thanks to Bob's hard work, we met our sales goal)

ゆえに is more neutral, as in "Due to..." (Due to declining customer interest, we discontinued this product)

This isn't a hard rule - I've seen おで used for negative things and ゆえに used for positive things, but the general trend is clear.
