The grammar point is もし~たなら but the example seems to be もし~たら - are these just the same (or am I misunderstanding something)?!

Thanks for the comment. I've updated the definition to be clearer, and removed one of the two models for one that is better fitting!

The example phrase on top of this page : "もしれなかったら、までをしてください" refers to something that will happen tomorrow in the future... to me seems more suited for the standard "-tara" page rather than this one, though I could be wrong :P
