Differences between 大体 and たいてい:

たいてい is regarded as a stronger word than 大体 (a.k.a. greater possibility of occuring), and holds a greater sense of certainty. When asking someone a question (e.x. what time you usually sleep at), you would often use 大体 as you wouldn't know the answer beforehand and lack certainty of it.

This might be a bad mnemonic because it's not that close, but it did help me: I USUALLY keep my house たいてい (tidy)

Not sure if how useful it is for English speakers, but the kanji 大抵 can be pronounced たいてい which means "usually/mostly" in Chinese.

ほんのり tends to carry a pleasant connotation, whereas ちょっと or 少し is more neutral.

Less formal than 少し

ちょっと！ as an interjection is very context-dependent. It can mean "Hey / Excuse me" (to get attention) or "Hold on—what?" (mild protest or surprise). The meaning comes mostly from tone, delivery, and context.

Can also mean: not good

The Super Daijirin Japanese Dictionary defines たまに with まれに: "まれに。思い出したように。たまには。"
