Difference?
My understanding is:
はず -> this is the expectation of how it should be, ought to be

べき -> should, as in, this is what you "should" do
~なきゃ -> this is what you have to do/ must do
short form of なければならない
Additionally, はず can be used with nouns, adjectives, and verbs, while べき and なきゃ are restricted to actions.
