Learn to embrace making mistakes. If you aren't making mistakes, you're almost certainly not challenging yourself enough.
I'm sorry to break it to you, but aiming to get perfect scores in every quiz is not the proper way to learn. We actually learn quite a lot from making mistakes. I used to fret over not getting a perfect score as well, but making mistakes is an important part of the learning process that everyone goes through. You may want to turn the stats off and focus on studying the terms and writing down mnemonics and other notes for yourself when things get confusing. Remember, your stats are not a true reflection of your knowledge and aptitude. Good luck with your studies

Making mistakes is one thing, having them constantly staring me in the face is another.
I would recommend reframing them in a different way. There are studies (as well as a lot of personal history) that correlate stronger emotional states (both positive and negative) with increased memory retention. I can still remember some of the biggest Japanese mistakes I've made in my life, even when some were 20 years ago.
So I'd recommend not seeing them as mistakes staring at you - utilize the negative feeling that is already there and say "this is a chance to use that to make it easier to remember next time."
There is, by the way, a way to reset them, but it's a full account reset, with everything else in there. I would not recommend it for this - it is usually used by people a few days or a week into their account. It's in the bottom of the settings panel, just above account deletion.

OK, but that’s why I redo the questions at the end of the quiz. And the emotional states thing isn’t that helpful if the mistake was just a careless misclick rather than genuine unfamiliarity.
And yes, I did notice the reset thing, but I figured I probably should not click it. Perhaps a stats reset, or even just the ability to hide certain columns from the stats, could be a new feature…?
I'll definitely consider further customization to the stats panel. I'm not working on anything at the moment in the sense of "more customization", but I'll definitely keep this in mind. I still have a few, major cleanup projects in front of me that I'd like to take care of first before considering more customization.

That would be awesome. Thanks a bunch!
