That depends on a number of factors.

Are there any genres you particularly like or want to see more of? Are there some genres or aspects you strongly dislike? Is it specifically anime/manga for helping learn Japanese you're after?

It also depends on what degree of elements such as frightening/emotional painful scenes or violent scenes you can handle. Any indicator of things you've already seen would be helpful here.

I only know two of the above mentioned series, but I would not have been so hasty with either of them, especially considering the very present possibility of younger people being here.

Demon Slayer has some very violent scenes. I would say 15+, with some discretion for younger viewers, depending on the person.

And given... has some slightly mature scenes, though only really notable in the movie/volume 3 or 4 of the manga (I've only got the first two volumes, so I don't know which contains that infamous scene of the movie). It's harder for me to give a clear rating for it, especially without being hypocritical, so use your own discretion.

This factor of younger users being likely is indeed why I'm not going for my usual recommendations immediately, as most of them are ones I'd say are 15+, or 12+ with discretion based on the person and what they can handle...

I don't recognize that first one, but Spy X Family and Haikyu are among the 750+ anime on my Unwatched list. Both are very highly-spoken of by many people, but my interest in them is lower than most things on the list, especially Haikyu (sports-centric stories have never really been super interesting to me, regardless of medium, since I don't find most sports interesting).

For manga: How do we relationship, Ajin, Houseki no Kuni, Moriarty the patriot, Vanitas no carte, our dreams at dusk, life lessons with uramichi oniisan, monthly girls nozaki-kun, The summer you were there, Claymore.

Anime: Akudama drive, afro samurai, Angel beats, Carole and Tuesday, ACCA 13, Dance Dance Danseur, Death Parade, Ghost hunt, Jormungand, Paradise Kiss, Houseki no Kuni (cuz the anime is worth watching too even without a S2. I rewatched it 5+ times while I reread the manga probably 3 times before it completed.).

I really love rising of the shield hero, so do you have other suggestions of related anime or manga?

...I guess I'm the only one here considering the potential suitability (or accuracy) of the recommendations huh...

...Though I guess we've got someone who'd be fine with probably anything...~

I'm pretty sure a good chunk of the shows in the post are also isekai, so you can look through that to find some...

On my end, the only isekai I can really recommend that's serious is Re:Zero. The rest I've seen and liked are mostly comedy-centric ones.

I mean it's not like they specified anything until they responded to someone else's reply that didn't exactly ask them what they wanted to watch either.

Huh? That's beside the point.

I was the only person who thought to ask about those sort of things, even though they are important. Just because they didn't specify anything at first doesn't necessarily mean they're fine with anything...

The thing is, if they're asking, then they probably don't care. If they ask for recommendations without any specifications then we assume it either doesn't matter or they are taking the responsibility upon themselves to check out the show before watching it (most people do that anyway, there aren't many who will just watch whatever show random people recommend). Most shows that aren't super obscure will have ratings. This is an app for Japanese learners, so there are tons of anime watchers here, and excluding stuff like Pokemon, the anime most people watch have content not meant for children, since most anime even for teenagers has stuff that isn't as acceptable for that age range in Western culture, it's ridiculously unlikely anyone reading this wouldn't know that already
