I was wondering if the translation was a mistake, so I checked Google and didn't find much (granted, I didn't look for long). In what context does お姫様 mean glue?? How did it come to mean this? And how often is it used this way?

I can’t find anything either, but I think it must have been a product name that became generic (like aspirin).

Going by the third item on the following page it seems that the glue part of meaning comes from (himenori - rice starch): https://dictionary.goo.ne.jp/w...

But I'm no expert on this, just connecting the dots and taking a guess

Good lead! It lead me to this website https://jeonewordatatime.subst... . It's apparently a popular name and that the current emperor's sister used to be named Princess Nori or おひめのり! So maybe that's why it Kinda means glue! And don't worry dude I couldn't have done it without you!!
