I can't seem to be able to search anything up using the words advanced search.

I've tried kanji, hiragana, and katakana words but none of them are appearing in the results.
Just tried and I'm seeing the same problem, only with Kanji searches though.
The issue may be linked to this thread, but I'm not sure if anything discussed there would already be in prod.
I tried it and got a few searches in romaji to work e.g. "kanji", "nao", and some that failed e.g. "keshiki","naosara". Searches in kana and kanji seem to consistently fail.
I did not have a chance to check all combinations, but it should at least be returning the results. The quality of what's coming back is not quite as good as the vocab dictionary, but I'm working on it.
For me, it's almost the opposite of before i.e. Now, the searches using kana and kanji are good, but most of the searches using romaji are bad (the search hangs)
The results are below:
"kanji" good , かんじ good, 漢字 good
"nao" bad, なお good, 直 good
"keshiki" bad, けしき good, 景色 good
"naosara" bad, なおさら good, 尚更 good
The searches seem to work, but the display of the results seems to have an issue. After the first variant, all the terms appear to be the same.
e.g. for "naosara"
These variants 猶更 , なお更 , 尚さら , 猶さら all appear as just なおさら
This happens in all View modes (Full, Compact. and Basic)

Do you have it set so rare kanji as hidden? That's most likely why - I turned that to "show the rare kanji", and it appeared for all of them.
It was indeed set to rare kanji was hidden, so I switched it off, saved it, but unfortunately that made no impact.
I shut down the browser, and relogged in, but it still looks the same.
Did you turn it back off, by chance? It's not the one in your screenshot, it's this one: "Show kanji for words commonly written in hiragana"
Thanks. I mistakenly thought you meant the "Hide rare kanji readings" setting. Turning the "Show kanji for words commonly written in hiragana" setting to on fixed it.
