It should be pretty obvious, but let me mention a few unfinished things:
1. The box on the right is just a placeholder - it will be some visual element tied to the gacha machine. The machine itself is too small to show the results, so I'm thinking kind of a standup board next to the machine.
2. Haven't tested outside of desktop/chrome, so sizing might need work on mobile.
3. The colored balls are tied to the rarities.
4. The board, once done, and the colors of the machine will tie into a theming system we are bringing into play, probably in January.
So, this is extremely rough, but I thought you'd like to see it!
Edit: Oh, of course, you'll be able to click the machine to spin it - there will not be an obnoxious button like there is now.

It'll naturally have a sizing function to handle different screens. Right now, I'm not sold on a lot of the smaller pieces of it, so I don't want to "waste" time perfecting things I might just toss out in a day or two.
Edit: also looks like yours didn't pick up the background, which is why the black is bleeding through the gacha machine.

Probably a moot point if that button won't be there in the final version, but the "Gacho Go" button is still clickable when it's not visible (after the Kao coin comes up). Clicking it again resets it, but for a second or so the two states of the dialogue box display at the same time.

Is this a new game? Or will this replace the kao reveal after a quiz?

I am using macOS Catalina and Opera (newest version) and it looks like this (note: tried it in safari and it worked fine, also tried to deactivate my few extensions but it had no effect):

Got the board setup, trimmed down the file sizes, and also rewrote it to shrink down a bit on smaller screens! Please try it out. If there are no major issues, I'll move it into the main spot on the site :)

Works fine for me in Firefox on both PC and mobile, just a minor visual issue with the text not fitting in the box on mobile:

Fixed clickable link, also the background on mobile. Text size not touched yet.

espiacent: I have a feeling that the error you have is not on the site end. Those icons are suggesting that the image is not loading up. Try this - go to the page, then refresh the browser to make sure it is not an issue with the SPA system.

Otherwise, go to the knob, right click, view image in new tab, then let me know what url is coming up.

I have to wonder if, for some reason, that url is hitting a filter or something on your opera. Try it now, changed the directory name. If it still doesn't work, please try private/incognito mode in Opera and see if you still get the 404 error.

Then it must have been string matching for an adblocker, and for whatever reason, "gacha" as a directory was a no-no. Weird, but glad we got it worked out.
