Is there any difference how/when these are used? It's been bugging me for a while!

I notice that the example 「ぶのは、だがやりがいのだ。」has blue around the expected 「ぶの」but also the 「は」is this just a mistake or does the 「のは」 relate to a different usage of the grammar term?
