Grammar usage notes
1.~て仕方がない is used when the speaker can't control her/his reaction(s), can't bear a sensation or situation, or can't help feeling or thinking something.
2. Often used with 楽しい、面白い、悔しい、欲しい、くしゃみが出る (sneeze), 暑い、臭い、痛い、かゆい、苦しい、だるい、狭い、思われる、感じられる、気がする。
3. When the subject is not in the first person, ～て仕方がない is followed by ようだ、みたいだ、らしい etc.
4. ～てしょうがない (and its formal form ～て仕様がない）are variations of ～て仕方がない。
