An even more impolite way is to omit the ならない or いけない and just なれれば respectively なきゃ.

A contracted, more casual form of this pattern is なきゃならない and an even more casual form is なきゃんない

While いけない and ならない are interchangeable the subtle difference between them is that ならない tends to express the speaker's own sense of obligation while いけない tends toward directing a sense of obligation toward the hearer.

Hi everyone, what's the difference between ~と and ~なければならない?

と is a particle for "and" and "with", while なければならない means "have to", so they're not really similar at all.

Did you mean ないと instead of と ?

ないと is a shortened casual form of なくてはいけない, which is another way of saying "have to", but it isn't quite as strong as なければならない.
