Just to note - てください would be a bit more 'ordering'..i.e. a teacher speaking to a student, whereas てくださいませんか is a bit less direct i.e. the student asking the teacher for a favour. So the student wouldn't say てください to the teacher. Also, remember that ください isn't like the English please as it's more of an order/direction. I used to say ください to my Japanese girlfriends ten year old and I noticed he was looking a bit weird at me so I googled it and went DOH!

Honorific usage ():

1. お + Verb Stem + ください
2. ご + Noun-Verb Stem (e.g. , , ) + ください.

Examples
1. おちください。Please wait
2. にごください。Kindly consult with Dr. Tanaka.

You can abbreviate the days of the week by dropping off the ; usually in conversation :)

May I suggest adding the honorific form of this? お + V[s]ます[/s] + ください。 For example: おちください。<<Kindly please wait.>> If it is already written somewhere, kindly ignore.

Feel free to add this as a usage note; however, if you do so, it would be helpful to show (similarly to humble), there are two forms depending on the verb: 1. お + Stem + ください 2. ご + Verb (stem, as in or ) + ください.
