Why is this listed as just "" instead of "はない"? "" by itself doesn't line up with the listed meaning or structure.

The second meaning (slightly further down the page) is がある, so is the common element that they both share :)

What about Noun + がだ formations like this one? for example:
です。
I need money.
okane ga hitsuyou desu.

I didn't put this in originally because it is not a unique expression, just a noun + が  + adjective. Since is up here, though, it wouldn't hurt to add it!

I think some of the example sentences are mixed up. Like,
「このにあなたのサインがです。」 should be under meaning 1;
しいプロジェクトについてするがある。」should be meaning 3;
and「があります。」should, I think, also be meaning 3, though the construction is missing the use of noun + の + がある.
